Privacy

This site collects nothing.

Not as a slogan — as a description of how it is built. It is a single static file with no server, no database and no analytics, so there is no mechanism by which it could collect anything about you.

What this website does not do

The chat demos

Both demos run entirely in your browser. The conversation is a script written into the page; nothing you type is transmitted, stored or logged, and there is nobody on the other end reading it. Close the tab and it is gone.

The enquiry form

The form at the bottom of the site does not submit to a server, because there is no server. It opens your own email app with the message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself. At that point you have emailed me directly, and what you wrote sits in my inbox like any other email.

What happens when you email or book a call

Hosting

The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub's servers process the request your browser makes, which includes your IP address, in order to send the page back. That is unavoidable for any website and is covered by GitHub's own privacy statement. I have no access to those logs.

During a pilot

This page covers the website only. If you run a 7-day pilot, the agent handles real conversations with real customers or candidates, which means real personal data. That is a separate arrangement, written down before anything goes live: what is stored, where, for how long, and who can see it. Under UK and EU data protection law you would be the controller and I would be the processor, and it gets a proper agreement rather than a paragraph on a website.

Your rights. Because the site stores nothing, there is nothing here to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed me and want that deleted, ask and it will be, and I will confirm when it is done.
